Upon purchase of a flat, the owner becomes a member of the Kleinbron Park HOA and the Jewel Place Body Corporate (BC).\nA monthly levy is payable by the owners of the Jewel Place flats to their Body Corporate.\nThe JP levy payable by owners includes several expense items related to the management, maintenance, and upkeep of the flat complex. A portion of the flat levy is paid over to the KBP HOA by the JP BC.\nBuilding insurance (such as geyser replacements) is included in the levy payable to the JP BC. Flat contents insurance and rates payable to the City of Cape Town are for the flat owner\u2019s account.<br><br>\n\n<h4>JEWEL PLACE SECTIONAL TITLE SCHEME:<\/h4>\n<p>Jewel Place (JP) is a sectional title flat complex situated in Kleinbron Park.  Upon purchase of a flat, the owner becomes a member of the Kleinbron Park HOA and the Jewel Place Body Corporate (BC).<br><br>  \nJewel Place is managed in terms of the Sectional Title Regulations and the JP Conduct Rules.<br><br>\nAt the Annual General Meeting of the BC, a Trustee Committee is elected from among the ranks of the owners to manage the interests of the complex, its owners, and its residents. <br><br>\nThe JP Trustees are assisted by the BC\u2019s managing agent, who is responsible for the financial administration of the sectional title complex. \n<br><br><\/p>\n<h4>JEWEL PLACE LEVY:<\/h4>\n\nA monthly levy is payable by the owners of the Jewel Place flats to their Body Corporate.\nThe JP levy payable by owners includes several expense items related to the management, maintenance, and upkeep of the flat complex.
