KBP MANAGEMENT
On purchasing a property in KBP, the homeowner becomes a member of the KBP Home Owners Association (HOA). The administration and management of the HOA affairs are governed by the stipulations provided in the KBP Constitution.
Annually, at the Annual General Meeting of the HOA, a Trustee Committee is elected from within the ranks of the home owners (ie members) to manage the interests of KBP, its members, and residents. The KBP Constitution specifies that all Trustees must themselves be residents in the Park. As such, members and residents can rest assured that the efficient management of KBP is of the utmost importance to the Trustees. Ensuring that KBP remains a sought-after estate is the Trustees’ number one priority.
The Trustees are assisted in their management duties by an on-site Park Manager and Administrative Assistant who work from an office conveniently located in the Park. In addition, managing agents undertake the financial administration of the HOA's affairs.
