Entry:
Any person entering Kleinbron Park does so at their own risk. The Kleinbron Park Home Owners Association and the registered owners, their agents, employees, and appointees shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to any person or property arising from any cause whatsoever, including without limitation thereto, the negligence of any of the above persons or the intentional acts of any agents, employees, and appointees.
Without derogating from the above, all entrants to the Park use the roads and infrastructure within the Park, whether public or private, at their own risk.
No person entering the Park is to interfere with or alter any Park infrastructure, whether under the control of the Park or the City of Cape Town.
Warnings:
The Park is surrounded by electrical fencing, which could cause injury if touched!
The Park entrance and areas in and outside the Park are/may be monitored by CCTV cameras in the interest of safety and security. Such surveillance may be recorded for posterity's sake. Recorded material may be reviewed and shared with relevant authorities, security services, local law enforcement, the South African Police Service, and legal entities.
