All HOA members and Park residents must comply with the stipulations set out in the KBP Constitution, Architectural Manual, and House Rules, which have been formulated to promote the interests of KBP and its residents. These documents are listed below.

To ensure uniformity, the townhouse complexes in KBP are, in addition to the stipulations set out in the Park’s Architectural Manual, also subject to their own set of architectural guidelines. These guidelines may be requested from the KBP office.
